You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Your Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, destinations, links, pages, and materials you publish or share using t.my. You must ensure you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis for anything you publish.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use t.my for illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, spammy, or malicious activity. This includes, without limitation:

t.my currently offers Free and Creator plans. Usage limits, feature access, and availability may depend on your plan. We may change plan features, limits, and product functionality over time.

6. Creator Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Creator is a paid yearly subscription, currently priced at AUD $25 per year (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

By subscribing, you authorise recurring annual billing until cancellation. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to be charged again.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, partial use, unused time, accidental purchase, or failure to cancel before renewal.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but uptime, speed, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of t.my at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in t.my, including software, platform design, branding, logos, and related intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Third-Party Services

t.my may integrate with third-party providers, including hosting, payments, and analytics services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, t.my is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the service will meet every use case.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under law.

12. Indemnity
