t.my – Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 21, 2026
Welcome to t.my (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, services, applications, links, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use t.my. You must not use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We are a neutral link-shortening and redirection tool: we do not host destination content, we do not control or endorse third-party websites, and visiting any destination is at your own risk.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 or have legal capacity to contract.
Accounts may use email/password or supported third-party OAuth (e.g., Google). Third-party provider terms apply; we do not control those providers. You are responsible for securing your account and credentials and for all activity under it. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion subject to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service; Neutral Redirect Tool
t.my provides link shortening, redirection, and related analytics. Links may point to third-party sites or content. We do not host, control, or guarantee destination content. Use of destinations is at your own risk.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You must comply with all laws and regulations where you live and where your links are accessed. You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate access to:
- Illegal content or activity of any kind, including fraud, identity theft, payment scams, hate or extremism promotion, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or instructions to commit crimes
- Malware, phishing, scams, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Harassment, threats, defamation, doxxing, or incitement to violence
- Intellectual property infringement or violation of publicity/privacy rights
- Child sexual exploitation material (zero tolerance)
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Gambling or betting content where prohibited
- Obscene, excessively violent, or otherwise abusive content
- Activities that interfere with, damage, or impair the Service or related networks
You may not circumvent security, rate limits, or technical controls. You remain responsible for destinations you link to and must have rights to any content you direct users to.
4. Enforcement, Suspension, and Removal
We may block, disable, or remove any link or account, and may suspend or terminate access, at any time. For urgent safety, security, or legal reasons, we may act without notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement and comply with lawful requests. If you believe a suspension was in error, contact support@t.my for review; decisions may be final where safety, legal, or compliance reasons require.
5. Abuse Prevention and Technical Protections
We may apply rate limiting, anti-bot protections, link scanning, automated enforcement, and other safeguards to protect the Service and its users.
6. Changes to the Service
We may change, update, or discontinue features, limits, or parts of the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
7. Paid Plans and Billing
t.my may offer free or paid plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing, limits, or features may change with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Abuse or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of paid access without refund where permitted by law. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
8. Analytics and Tracking
We may collect limited technical data related to link usage (e.g., IP address in hashed/truncated form where possible, approximate location, device, browser, referrer, time of interaction, abuse indicators). Analytics are approximate and may be incomplete due to privacy protections, ad blockers, network filtering, or security controls. We do not sell personal data.
9. Intellectual Property
t.my owns the Service, software, technology, branding, and associated intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law. You retain rights to your own content and links you create, but you must have the necessary rights to the destination content you link to.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, authentication, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
11. Termination and Effect
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, risk, or legal reasons. Links may stop working upon suspension or termination. We may retain minimal logs or information as required for legal, security, or compliance purposes even after account closure or deletion.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant any third-party sites or content reached through the Service, nor outcomes of redirections, nor that the Service will meet your requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (b) we are not liable for issues arising from third-party destinations, ISP or network problems, blocked or filtered links, third-party systems, force majeure events, or your misuse of the Service; and (c) our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of AUD $50 or the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless t.my and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) links you create or content you direct users to; (b) your illegal activity; (c) your infringement of intellectual property or other rights; (d) your breach of these Terms; or (e) misuse of the Service by anyone using your account or credentials.
15. Governing Law; Disputes; No Class Actions
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts located in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or actions of governments.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and t.my regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject matter.
